We interviewed four contractors to remodel our roof, lanai and pool area prior to finding Lindahl Construction. Adam was the only contractor with an original idea, and it was breathtaking. Having recently undergone a two phase, two year renovation project with a budget over a million dollars, we have learned how important the general contractor is to a successful completion. Lindahl Construction, run by the experienced father and son team of Steve and Adam, worked closely with us from conception to completion. During the permit process, Lindahl Construction drafted a schedule and cost estimate for the entire project. Each item was broken down in detail and multiple competitive bids were solicited from their subcontractor network. We were aware there would unknowns and possible change orders but they were minimized by Lindahl’s good planning, design and management. There was an on-site manager everyday supervising subcontractors, inspecting deliveries and following up with subcontractors scheduled for the future. We received a daily written report from the manager outlining progress of the project, listing any issues with suggested resolutions and a summary of the next day’s schedule and outlook for the week. Our project was completed on budget, and well under the scheduled date for completion. The Lindahl’s had not overlooked a single detail and delivered the highest quality of craftsmanship, bar none. Lindahl Construction gave us the confidence and security to continue living our lives knowing that the entire project was under their watchful eye.
